1957 Truck plate on an early Ford that appears
to have been converted from a car to a pickup. The parade took place October
10-11, 1958, so the plate was long expired by the time it was used in the
parade. This was five years before the advent of Horseless Carriage license
plates, hence the regular issue plate on the vehicle. Courtesy
